He has advised over 150 corporations on real estate financing alternatives, including sale-leaseback, synthetic leasing and traditional mortgage financing. In addition, he has been active in the execution of these transactions on behalf of his clients and has advised on transactions totaling nearly $2 billion. Prior to Sovereign Investment Company, Mr. Mavoides served at Eastdil Realty,
a subsidiary of Wells Fargo, where he ran the company's sale-leaseback activities and was involved in nearly $2 billion in single-tenant transactions. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Mavoides was in the real estate investment banking group at Citigroup where he was responsible for servicing corporate clients in structuring sale-leaseback transactions. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from the United States
Military Academy. |

is Managing Director of Lease Restructuring and Disposition for Black Bear. He is also Senior Vice President for Sovereign Investment Company. He has a diverse background in acquisitions, origination, underwriting, due diligence, disposition and closing. Prior to joining Sovereign, Mr. Bain spent 7 years as Senior Vice President of Brauvin Real Estate where he was involved in the planning, development, asset management, disposition, financing and acquisition of single-tenant net-leased real estate. He also spent several years with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company investing debt and equity, and prior to that was with VMS Realty Partners acquiring property for Xerox Real Estate Fund. Mr. Bain was also principal/broker of a real estate investment/counseling/appraisal firm from 1990-1994. He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and holds an Illinois Broker's license. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona. |

Before joining Sovereign, Mr. Morgan was Managing Director of Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. where he was responsible for transactions
on behalf of retail clients that included the sale of properties/portfolios, lease and sublease transactions, assignments and negotiated lease terminations. Prior to joining Excess,
Mr. Morgan was co-founder and Operating Partner at Wired Environments, an Apollo Real Estate Advisors joint venture, focused on providing full-service technology solutions through
a real estate platform. Prior to this, Mr. Morgan was in the real estate investment banking division of BT Alex. Brown and the real estate valuation services group of Arthur Andersen & Co.

He is also Vice President of Asset Management for Sovereign Investment Company where he is responsible for transaction underwriting, property management and portfolio monitoring. Before joining Sovereign, Mr. Vachris was a Vice President at Gemini Realty Advisors LLC, where he managed a variety of real estate advisory and reorganization assignments including: portfolio valuation and underwriting, project and market feasibility analyses and litigation support. Prior to joining Gemini Realty, Mr. Vachris worked at ABN AMRO Bank and JP Morgan Chase in their respective Corporate Banking Divisions as a credit and underwriting officer. He holds a BA degree from Brown University and a Masters in Real Estate from New York University. |

She is also an Associate at Sovereign Investment Company where she is responsible for portfolio analyses, assisting with due diligence and the execution of dispositions, and analyzing potential acquisitions. Elizabeth is experienced in drafting marketing presentations and offering memoranda including detailed asset summaries. Prior to joining Sovereign, Ms. Holmes was a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Venture Associates rotation program. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Sovereign’s parent company, Ms. Holmes completed graduate school internships in both business and law, by working in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Jones Vargas law firm. Ms. Holmes holds a JD/MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles and a BA from Harvard. |
